Cortina Restaurant in Espanola

Food was ok but we were not impressed with paying $2.50 for a gravy boat of hot sauce. I asked for some hot sauce and wasn't told there would be a charge for it . I have never been charged for hot sauce in a restaurant ever

This restaurant has the most amazing meat ball sandwiches going. The pizza is also fantastic along with their great staff.

They have a wide range of food options on their menu,,good service,,good food and fast..they do get pretty busy. I'm not sure if they take reservations or not, but I would suggest calling.

Pizza, burgers, wings, and chicken subs are all very good. Was in town for work and would recommend this place for sure. Service was friendly and helpful.

I've always loved Cortina pizza ( not to greasy) and this restaurant is awesome. Price is average. Service is fast, very friendly and with a smile.

Growing up around Sudbury in the 70's, Cortina's Pizza was the pizza of choice. Cortina's still makes the Cortina Special and the Kitchen Sink. The toppings are thickly spread so every bite has a taste of every topping, and there's just enough cheese to cover everything without burying it.My friends tell me that the other items on the menu are also great but I only get here maybe twice a year so I eat the pizza.

We have going there for over 50 years and it has always been a great experience. Kim and Greg took it over many years ago and it blossomed ; then rebuilt after a terrible fire. They continued to make it flourish and the new owners have continued their tradition. Bravo to all of you.

Excellent value for $ but not the same as the Cortina of my youth.

Food was great, server was great. That was my first time in a Cortina restaurant... no complaintsat all.

Good service and food was great

Have been there twice now and left both times very satisfied. Their pasta bowls are very large sizes perfect for leftovers and sandwiches are perfect lunch sizes. Would definitely recommend for a nice dinner or lunch out.

We were up on the Island from Toronto recently. Tired of the food we had we decided to drive in to Espanola and try our luck at Cortina's . I can say it was well worth the drive and much more than that . It was an amazing experience with amazing food and service . Everything we ordered was amazing . The deep-fried cheese curds and sauce with it was amazing and of all places I've ordered a burger I can say this was by far the best I've had . Anyone that is in Espanola and looking for a restaurant should give Cortina's a try . You will not be disappointed

In a town with few dining choices that are not fast food, this place stands out. I went here two consecutive days during my stay in Espanola, and was pleasantly surprised by the quality, prompt food delivery, and portion sizes presented here in a quiet upscale atmosphere. I'd return.

First time stopping to eat in Espanola on a work trip. So glad we made the choice to stop and eat here.Beautiful setting. Great plesant service from our waitress. Food was very tasty. No complaints whatsoever.Well done Cortina! I will be back on my next stop in the area.

Definetly the nicest looking place to eat in Espanola; clean, comfortable interior and a friendly, cheerful staff. A well-rounded menu, good list of drinks, and some craft beer from Manitoulin Brewing Co.👍

I had the meat stuffed Ravioli. Awesome. Their signature sauce is wonderful. The atmosphere is peaceful and beautiful. The staff are attentive but not intrusive. We had a lovely meal.

If your looking for Olivieri style frozen pasta and a sauce at a considerable markup then I’d say eat here Or if your in the market for 2Lbs or wings for $30 this is your place. 10/10 not worth the hype

This is probably thee most nicest restaurant in Espanola

My husband and I took my parents out to eat and we were all very impressed!! The portions are huge so we definitely don't have to make supper tonight! Not to mention the food came out fast and it was HotA Our waitress, Kaylee, was very nice and attentive. We will definitely be returning here! 😊

Waitress super friendly, my meal was fantastic. Just wish I was able to eat it all, but I got full to fast off of garlic bread.

I’m enjoying their pizza last week. The service was quick. The staff at Cortina Restaurant were very friendly, especially Kyle and the waitresses. Cortina’s will always be my fave Italian restaurant in Espanola.

The food is always very good and it's a lovely place for a couple of old friends to go to for a deliciously good brunch. It's a very comfortable setting and I am looking forward to convincing one of my friends to go there soon , for a treat. They also do take out, I believe.

Cloth napkins gets me everytime

This place has the absolute best buffalo chicken sandwich. I cry every time. Order it please. I get it with mild sauce because I'm picky about medium/hot sauce, but I'm sure if you get the medium you'll be just as happy. We also just ordered pizza for the first time last night (buffalo chicken, lol, we love buffalo chicken) and it was just as fantastic. Again we got the mild sauce, but next time I would get medium for a little extra zap. All in all, a fantastic restaurant with great people!

It's weird to give a Cortina 5 stars but this one really deserves it. It is hands down the best restaurant in Espanola. The food is pretty good and the dining room is really quite nice. Give it a try.you won't be disappointed.

Such delicious pizza!! Covered with fresh toppings & the perfect amount of sauce. We don't live in Espanola but will definitely stop in the next time we are driving by. Highly recommend!!!
